The RPM Program is modeled after years of training clients from all backgrounds with all types of goals. RPM was built to be fast-paced, to be continuously challenging, and to get results--no matter what level of fitness you're starting from. Designed for individuals who are looking to be lean, strong, and healthy for the long-haul, RPM features multiple training tools (barbells, kettlebells, rowers--you name it) and varying training philosophies to deliver efficient, effective workouts that will continuously push you to evolve and get stronger--physically and mentally.. Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain strength, or even looking to run your first marathon--the RPM program will help you improve body composition, while keeping you healthy and balanced.

What's Included?

Access to a 5x/Week Workout Plan: The RPM Plan is delivered via a state-of-the-art programming platform called FitBot. There you'll be able to view the program, log your results, and keep in contact with your coach.

HD Exercise Demonstration Videos: Within FitBot, you'll find detailed videos for each exercise in the RPM Program.

Unlimited In-App Messaging With A Coach: You'll always be able to ask questions and get feedback from an AthletIQ Coach via the FitBot platform's messaging features. You'll also be able to receive messages from us if you skip a workout!

Personalized Dashboard: Within FitBot, you'll have access to a personalized dashboard where you'll be able to keep up with your progress, log progress pictures, track your goals, and leave any notes/feedbacks from our coaches.

One 20-minute Phone Call Per Month: Each month, you'll have one scheduled phone call with an AthletIQ Coach where you'll be able to discuss the program, ask questions, and get any necessary adjustments that you need to the program.
